Mino Mart ships Worldwide with Hong Kong Post ,Fedex and SF-Express. Applicable custom fees, taxers and duties are the sole responsiblility of the customer.

The delivery time and cost depends on various conditions.
Orders are shipped from Mino Mart in Hong Kong - Monday – Friday from 10:00 a.m.– 5:00 p.m. (Local Hour) Orders placed Friday evening, Saturday, and Sunday will be processed on Monday morning. No deliveries are made on weekends or holidays.
Goods will be dispatched in 7 working days of being confirmed. There is an estimated delivery date on order confirmation email. If your order has not delivered by the estimated delivery date, please notify our Customer Service team for immediate assistance.

Mino Mart shall not be held responsible for delays in shipments caused by weather conditions, international customs issues or any other circumstances beyond the control of Mino Mart.
We remind first-time Clients that Mino Mart can request the Bank or Paypal to double check the transaction and the account information. This verification process will delay immediate shipping.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email notification from us with the tracking number. Use the tracking number to check the delivery status on:

1. Please make sure that the shipping address is accurate as we're unable to redirect orders once they are on their way to you
2. Before we can dispatch your purchases, we may need to confirm your details with your card issuer. We will do our best to keep delays to a minimum
3. Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and includes 7 days of time where your items will be processed and dispatched by our warehouse.
4. P.O. Boxes are not availble to be used as delivery address.
Delivery Address & Failed Deliveries
We can only alter your shipping address in the case orders are still with us. For those already shipped, an additional fee (so call it as “re-routing fee”) will be charged for the request. Please take this into consideration when providiing your shipping address for order.
For failed deliveries (courier is unable to reach customer due to the incorrect address provided by customers, failed attempts to reach customers at the location or customers refuse to pay duties), Mino Mart is not responsible for the returned shipping cost. For re-shipped orders, the shipping costs are also payable by customers. If you refuse to receive the order and ask for a refund, we will process it as the cancellation, paid shipping cost will not be refunded (in the case the order used to be shipped to your country).
Mino Mart shipments are insured against theives and accidental damages at no additional cost to the Client. Once the shipment reaches the destination, the goods are no longer insured. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfilment by Mino Mart and transfer of responsibility in the same way.
Custom Duties and Taxes
Customs duties, including Goods and Services Tax (GST), Value-added Tax (VAT), are not calculated in the price. We ship your order on Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. You will be responsible for paying these on your purchase. Unfortunately, we are not be able to advice how much the charges would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. When your order arrives, our courier, or customs office will contact you directly with details of any charges to pay. Please note the payment is necessary to release your order from customs. You may contact your local customs office to check the estimated rate of import duty.
Only Defective Items are allowed for return. We are unfortunately to clarify that we cannot accept all returns for any products. If the style, color and size does not meet your standard, we apologize that it will not be acceptable reasons. Please take this into consideration before you check out.
All items are checked for faults and damage before we send out. If you find it is damaged when you receive your order, please contact our Customer Service team immediately. Returned item must not be worn and washed. Orders may only be refunded for the goods in unused condition with all original tags attached within 7 days of receipt upon the purchased time. No returns will be accepted after this date. Initial shipping cost is non-refundable.
Mino Mart reserve the right to refuse a return in the case the goods does not meet our standard or they are damaged due to customer’s negligence. A return code must be included. We DO NOT ACCEPT any returns without return code. Customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. To obtain a return code, please sign into your account on the Site, select the items to return and the desired type of return. You will receive an email from Mino Mart with your return code and instructions for the return shipment.
Once we receive your item, we will do the inspection and process the refund/an exchange. Your refund will be credited back to your account used to make the purchase. Refunds may take up to 14 days, it depends on the card issuer’s refund processing time.
In the case you find the item you order is damaged, you may exchange for the same model. All exchanges are under the condition of Return (please see details above). Mino Mart reserves the right to refuse an exchange if the returned goods does not meet our policy. All exchanges are based on stock availability. If it is available, we will ship it to you as soon as we receive the defective item. The shipping cost of exchanged item will not be charged. If it is out of stock, we will arrange a refund. Our Customer Service team can suggest you some items so you can make a new purchase separately.
